Recently, Meilan District of Haikou City has launched a series of activities in the New Age Civilized Practice Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Service Season Series—the closing graduate employment guidance salon in the lecture hall on the first floor of the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Hainan University.
In the activity, the lecturer combined with the resume creation and successful cases of the youth entrepreneurial employment model, and introduced the summary, matching, wording, templates and elements of the development of the employment industry to the participants. Later, Mr. Lin Yingyan combined the five elements of career guidance for students-employment interview techniques, explained to the participants, and analyzed the 7-second impression of interview skills, read the interviewer in 1 minute, 2 Minutes show five knowledge points such as self, interview etiquette and interview practical skills.
After the event, the participants at the conference expressed their great benefits. After returning, they will continue to consolidate and practice according to the content taught by the tutor combined with their own learning theory, which will really enhance the cognitive development before employment.
According to the person in charge of the relevant department of Meilan District, the event held not only enriched students' insights on career planning and job search guidance strategies before employment, but also resolved the self-cognition confusion of freshmen at the school before employment, thereby guiding and encouraging the majority of graduates. Students are employed in many ways and in various forms, driving the multiplying effect of employment, relying on their hard work to get rich and create a happy life.
